So often, we find ourselves burning out from stress in our daily lives, and it’s not until the moment we’ve absolutely had enough that we allow ourselves a break. But what might happen if we all took a “break” before we reached that final breaking point? Lately, this has been my golden rule. I’ve always been the type of person to push myself to an extreme until I’ve had enough and need that break and time to relax, whether it be a glass of wine, relaxing bath or an entertaining movie.. Yet, I’ve found that incorporating these small daily activities into my everyday routine has made me much happier and I’m hoping it will do the same for you.
